The Town of Greenville has an elected five-person Board of Selectmen that oversees the town government.

The day to day operations of the town are run by the Town Manager, who works for the Board of Selectmen.

Other elected Boards consist of the library trustees and the school board.

The Selectmen meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm in the Town Meeting Hall.
